Photos and Description of the Fraser vacation condo rental 2 Bedrooms plus a Sleeping Loft, 3 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps 8 Comfortably

Our condo, located in the Fraser Valley, is just minutes from Winter Park Resort. Just up the street from the Safeway and Starbucks makes this an ideal location for a family vacation or a fun trip with friends. Decorated in a rustic mountain decor, our condo features two bedrooms on the first floor. One room has a queen bed and private bath access while the other bedroom has another queen bed and boasts a vaulted ceiling with a bath just outside the bedroom door. The kitchen, with a new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher is fully equipped, open to the vaulted family room and has a large 4 seat breakfast bar. The open staircase leads to a large loft with a designated full bath. The roomy loft has a queen bed and two twin beds. The private sauna, located just inside the front door is an extra bonus to your already comfortable stay! A great way to relax those muscles after skiing or hiking all day. With a great view of Byers Peak, this is a stay you won't soon forget

Just 67 miles from Denver, the Winter Park/Fraser Valley is easy to get to and offers so much to do! In the winter you can enjoy skiing/snowboarding at the Winter Park or Sol Vista, Snowmobiling, Tubing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, and more. In the summer the resort is open with all kinds of activities like the alpine slide, miniature golf, mountain biking and rock climbing. Grand Lake is nearby for water sports, and there are plenty of places to golf, hike, or view wildlife. Or you can always go kayaking/rafting rock climbing, horseback riding, or shopping.

Best stay ever! Can't wait to get back to this part of the country & stay in the exact same place next year. We've been many places skiing but enjoyed this location the most...see you in 2007, 2008, 2009....

The best vacation of my life and I will be a yearly visitor to this awesome condo. There is nothing like a long, fun day on the slopes or ice tubing and coming home to a cozy and comfortable condo. This place is a perfect fit whether its summer or winter. Best vacation of my life no doubt!

This was the perfect place to come back to after a full day on the mountain and Martha Stewart could take lessons from the person that decorated this condo. The condo was very clean, plenty of space, well decorated, conveniently located and relaxing. We try to visit Winter Park on a regular basis and this place is as good as it gets. We look forward to visiting again next year.
