This 15 acre condominium resort in the heart of Osage Beach has a half mile of shoreline, a spectacular 10 mile view, a spacious pool deck for sunning on the point, a lazy river, a kids water area, with a panoramic view of where the Grand Glaze Bridge meets the main channel. This new resort has elevators, a lighted boardwalk the full mile of waterfront and an elegant 5000 square foot clubhouse.

This two bedroom, two bath, 1200 square foot condominium has everything to make your weekend getaway or family vacation memorable. The large patio has an outstanding view of the lake from both inside and out. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open and spacious. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, full bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twins (can be pushed together to make full), a large closet, and a full bath. Full Size Sofa Sleeper sleeps 2. No pets allowed- no exceptions made.

Deposit of $250 is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check in.
Damage deposit of $300 is due at the time of reservation. That is returned if no damages or missing items occur.
Fees And Taxes Spring Special: Stay two nights and your third night is Free.
Summer Special: Book before May 1st and get the 2012 rate of $175 per night. Also, stay a full week and your sixth night is free.
One time cleaning fee of $75 will apply for four or less days; $125 for five or more days.
A damage deposit of $300 is required when making a reservation. If no damages or missing items occur, deposit is returned to you.

Fun Family Spring Break

We stayed at the condo on or childrens (7 and 4) spring break and March. The condo was great! The location is convenient to everything and the kids enjoyed the playground and watching the water. We ate dinner on the patio and watched the sunset... what a great view. Michelle was very helpful and great to work with! We are planning our next trip now.

Awesome Getaway!

We had so much fun. The unit is very clean with a great view. Michelle could very well be one of the nicest people I have spoken to in quite some time. She was courteous, knowledgable, and very professional. She even provided local restaurants and activities to do with our kiddos. We will certainly visit again as soon as we possible can.

No Place Like It!

If you are looking for a great place for a family vacation, look no further. I took my two small kids down for a weekend getaway and we very much enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved the lazy river and pool! The condo was close to both so we could go back and forth as needed. And speaking of the condo, it was wonderful! It has all the amenities of home and a beautiful view of the Lake and sunset. Michelle was a pleasure to work with. . .we will be back soon.
