About The Owner
I lived in Sedona for 18 yrs. My business there was a jeep tour company called Time Expeditions, my partner was an anthropologist we created a cultural and natural history tour to a twelfth century cliff dwelling. We sold the company in l995. I left Sedona for the Pacific Northwest, bought a beautiful property and created a Bed and Breakfast called Small Island Farm and Inn. Six years later moved back to Prescott where my family all resides.
The Owner purchased this cottage in 2007
Why The Owner chose Prescott
My home was adjacent to this wonderful property and tied together they are a unique oasis high in the pines of Prescott.
What makes this cottage unique
The property is close to everything, The square downtown and all the amenities. Markets close by and hiking available through the woods. It's a perfect location and yet so secluded feeling. It's a little oasis in the heart of the town. I have 5 dogs, 2 cats and a dozen chickens. It's a little farm life yet not far from all the necessities.
