I lived in Sedona for 18 yrs.My business there was a jeep tour company called Time Expeditions. My partner was an archaeologist/anthropologist we created a culturaland natural history tour to a twelfth century cliff dwelling and sold to Pink Jeeps. I left Sedona for the Pacific Northwest and bought a beautiful property and created a Bed and Breakfast called Small Island Farm and Inn. Moved back to Prescott where my family all resides and started this little vacation property on and 1.5 acre.
I had my home adjacent to this wonderful possibility. Did some renovation made it beautiful
and it makes for a nice lifestyle.
The property is so close to everything, Downtown and all the amenities. Markets close by and hiking available through the woods. It's a perfect location and yet so secluded feeling. It's a little oasis in the heart of the town. I have 5 dogs, 2 cats and a dozen chickens.
It's a little farm life yet not far from all the necessities.
