As perfect as the title in searching the web. Very clean, comfortable and all the amenities you would need or want during your vacation. My last minute decision to escape the Canadian snow and cold was less than 30 days and the owner was more than accommodating, plus we extended our stay because the rental was so very good. I would recommend this house to any age, seniors, disabilties, teens, etc. Our family of six are grandparents from Canada, our daughter,son-in-law and two grandchildren age 20 and 16 from North Carolina. They were over joyed with the pool, shopping and visiting Disney for the first time. Shopping a must for canadians while visiting USA and that was also so convenient. Thank You - Helen and Dave for making our winter break so enjoyable. Zita & Wayne.

Beautiful & Comfortable Home

We didn't expect the house to be so nice for such the good price but we were definitely wrong. The house was very roomy and comfortable. The beds were also VERY comfortable as we thought they'd have bad springs but again, we were wrong and the beds were comfortable. -I was told even the sofa bed was comfortable. We didn't get to stay long enough to really enjoy it such as the basketball court and tennis court but we did enjoy the pool in the back without having to go to the community pool in the middle of the night. The owners are also very nice and understandable. Great customer service! They were always available when we called with our many questions. Also, all the parks aren't too far from the home. -Just make sure you mapquest the home as it can be a bit tricky to find. I would recommend this home to anyone. This house felt just like home.

A great place to relax after a long day

We had a long week of vacation and work. A day at the beach, Disney and several days at a trade show. Everyday was filled with tiring activity. It was nice to have a home to come back to. We had six people at Helen's house and everyone appreciated being there instead of hotel rooms. The pool is well maintained and was used by everyone daily. At $19/day per person, you just can't beat it!

This house was great. We had plenty of room for kids and grandkids. We were hesitant to rent something online as we had a bad experience before, but this was perfect. The even granddaughters wanted to bring the pool home with us. After showing the pictures of the house some friends are thinking of renting next spring. Thanks for being so easy to work with on this rental.

Great house, close to Disney

My husband, parents and our 3 kids just came back from a stay in FL for one week in October 2008. The house was great, like the previous reviewer, I always hesitate to book anything online. However, the owners were very nice, helpful, and easily contacted. We had no problems with the house at all. It was about 15 minutes from Disney. The kids loved the pool, so much so that I had to take them in it at 8am the day after we arrived because they were too excited to wait for a decent hour. There was plenty of space in the house for 6 of us, plus a baby. There was a highchair and a pack and play which made it easier with a baby. The house was very clean. We had a great time and would book this house again next time!!
