The house is located in beautiful Towamensing Trails on Emerson Drive and is approximately 3 miles from Big Boulder Ski area and only minutes from Jack Frost ski area. Hickory Run State Park is just blocks away.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably and can accommodate up to 12 people. The house is a raised ranch with four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth has a twin and a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the upstairs living room. Towamensing Trails is a recreational community with a beach, outdoor pool and club house, Adult Lounge, Arcade, Marina, Fishing, Hiking Trails, Basketball and Tennis courts and a 195 acre shore line lake. The lake is stocked each year with small and large mouth bass and rainbow, brown and brook trout.You are welcome to use these facilities when they are open.

There are 2 36 inch TVs with DVD and VCRs and a video library. There is a PS2 and other video games connected to the down stairs tv.

Ski: We are located just minutes from Big Boulder. It will take you about 10 minutes to drive to the mountain.

Jack Frost is about 20 minutes away.

Camelback is about 40 minutes and Shawnee is about 60 minutes.
