First floor Garden apartment with air conditioning in all areas including living room . Located in front of a beautiful swimming pool with one of the two hot jacuzzi in the complex. Do not paid extra charges for dryer and washing machine. It is included in our price. Complex has 24-hour gated community. Aquatika has 7 beautiful swimming pools one of them is a river pool and a water park equipped with water slides open on Saturday and Sunday. Complex has gym, beach BB-Q's and direct access to the beach. Located at only 22 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, accessible through beautiful scenic route 187 into the town of Loiza. It is located 12 minutes from The Outlets Shopping Mall and Super Walmart Center; 18 minutes from Isla Verde Strip Hotels and casinos; 27 minutes from Condado Strip Avenue; 20 minutes from the only tropical rain forest in the Caribbean, El Yunque; 30 minutes from Old San Juan ; 27 minutes from Fajardo ferry to go to Culebra or Vieques Islands.

We recently returned froma week long stay at a condo in Aquatika. The property is located in a gated community with beautiful pools, lush tropical gardens, and great playgrounds for children. The condo was fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. The owners were extermely friendly and hospitable--even meeting us at the airport to escort us to the property, and calling us acouple of times diring the week to see how things were going or if we needed anything. Since Aquatika is about 25 minutes from San Juan, a rental car is necessary to get to restaurants, entertainment, and sightseeing.

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the apartment at Aquatika resort park. The apartment was clean, neat, and well maintained. The host met us at the airport and escorted us to the apartment, made sure we were comfortable, and checked in on us during our stay to be certain everything was to our liking. The grounds and pools were beautiful and clean. The staff was out every morning cleaning the pools and the grounds. It was impeccable! The apartment we stayed in was on the first floor and just steps to one of the many in-ground swimming pools. We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay at Aquatika. Most importantly our two teenage daughters give it a two thumbs up.

I would like to thank Freddie and his wife for being sooo helpful and friendly. They were very attentive and a pleasure to do business with. The apartment was in excellent condition and the communtiy was gated. The beach was a few steps away, there were 7 pools and a gym. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are going to PR. Especially bc the owners meet you at the car rental which is rare for someone to do that. Thanks again!

I must say we had tons of fun at this rental property. It deserves the name Aquatika! Water everywhere and the kids loved it! Will definitely stay here again!
