HOW DO I RESERVE A FLAT?:
How do I reserve a Flat? Brooklyn Hospitality requires a Security/Damage Deposit via PayPal to reserve a Flat. You do not need a PayPal account. Should you wish to proceed, I’ll forward an invoice that includes a link to the Paypal website. From there you can choose your form of payment. After payment is confirmed you will receive, by email, a receipt, the full address and directions from JFK Airport by car. Please let us know if you need directions from LaGuardia Airport or Newark Airport. The balance is due, in cash, when you arrive at the property. If you want to pay the balance through Paypal, please note, there is an additional 4% Paypal transaction fee.
Security/Damage Deposit:
Security/Damage Deposit - A $500-$1000 Security/Damage Deposit will be sent to you - via Paypal - that is to be paid to secure the reservation. The Security/Damage Deposit will be refunded to you, in like manner, within 3 business days after departure, if there are no damages to the property. You will receive a full refund if you cancel within seven (7) days of receipt of your deposit as long as your scheduled arrival is not less than 7 days from the date of cancellation. If your cancellation exceeds the seven days notice, you will forfeit you deposit unless we are able to re-book the Flat for the time period canceled. We will do our best to re-book the Flat and return your deposit. If your deposit is received within seven days of your scheduled arrival and you wish to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit unless we are able to re-book the Flat for the same time period. Again, we will do our best to re-book the Flat and return your deposit.
