Chadwick Manor is a magnificent, tastefully furnished spacious lakefront villa located in a small, quiet exclusive development, only 5 - 10 minutes from Disney Gate. This location is also very close to the numerous restaurants/shops and entertainment on Highway 192, whilst a 24hr Walmart is only 5 minutes away and there are many golf courses nearby. Key features of the villa include: large corner plot, quiet location, extra large pool and spacious sun terrace. 3 master bedrooms (2 ensuites). 2 large triple bedrooms, 1 large twin bedroom, 1 large double bedroom. High speed internet access. Playstation 2 and Air Hockey table. Ceiling fans in all lounges and bedrooms, air conditioning throughout all 3100sq ft. 4 full bathrooms and further 1/2 bathroom. Views of well stocked fishing lake from front and pool, community tennis court, pool/spa and clubhouse. TVs, DVD/VCR's in family lounge and 4 bedrooms, stereo system, fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room

Wilshire Oaks, Hamilton's Reserve is the neighbourhood with truly custom built executive pool homes, featuring the largest homes east of Disney World with 6/7 bedroom properties on larger plots, creating a genuine sense of space and tranquillity - distinctive to say the least. Within the development there is the fishing lake, tennis court , communal pool and many golf course are nearby. The location is ideal, less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and International Drive (Sea World/Universal Studios) and even closer to hundreds of shops and great restaurants. A superior executive retreat if you are either visiting Walt Disney World Resort/SeaWorld etc, or attending a major convention at either the Orange County (Orlando) or Osceola County (Kissimmee) Convention Centers. However, whilst close to all of the above, it is also very close to the countryside. The beaches of Coca Beach and Melbourne, Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Garden are also only a short drive away - 1.5 hours.

The villa is extremely well located in a relatively small exclusive development very close to a great range of restaurants and easy access to the theme parks (Disney and International Drive). Within the development there is a well stocked fishing lake (bass, blue gilet and catfish) with easy access right across from our villa and close by, a communal tennis court.
