Villa: The Villa has lots of terrace space so you can enjoy the outdoors relaxing and taking in the oceanviews and breezes. In the interior there are two spacious bedrooms: master bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom, and another bedroom with two queen-sized beds and bathroom. The large living room has a queen-sized sofa bed and beautiful rattan furniture with a balcony leading to the pool area. The dining room and kitchen have sliding glass doors and picture windows offering breath-taking colorful views of the gardens, pool and ocean. Full laundry room also included. There are modern A/C units and Ceiling Fans throughout the interior. TV/DVD, WIFI. There is lush colorful landscaping surrounding the property with lots of flowers and palm trees. There is ample driveway for up to 4 cars. There is a gate and alarm system in the entry way.

The Villita is only a few steps from the Main Villa. The Villita has a private bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is very spacious and modern with a walk-in shower tiled in blue and white mosaic. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer tucked away in a large closet. The kitchen/dining room opens out to the terrace with ocean views and garden views. You can enjoy your breakfast and all your meals on the terrace. Rincon has become a very desirable vacation spot due to its unusual beauty and relaxed atmosphere throughout the year. Our rates do not vary, however, we will be happy to offer discounted rates for early bookings and extended stays. Book early so that we can give you a great Discount Rate! Our busiest season is from December through April. Bookings for these months are usually done 6 months in advance or earlier! Our dream was always to have a house in the tropics with oceanviews. We traveled to most of the Virgin Islands during our vacations, and would jot down ideas for our dream vacation get away. Without really planning it we were on vacation in Puerto Rico when my brother alerted me to visit the town of Rincon. On the same day, we searched for a realtor and closed the deal! It was the perfect spot to build our dream house.

BIENVENIDO to Rincon! Known for its beautiful sunsets, whale watching, surfing championships, and relaxed environment, Rincon is the farthest northwest corner of the island of Puerto Rico. It is about a 45 minute drive from Borinquen, Aguadilla airport, and about a 2 1/2 hour drive from San Juan airport. Explore and enjoy all of the local area activities such as horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling, diving, whale watching, surfing, seaside local food and yummy tropical drinks, relaxing at the beach and pool. The town offers a Plaza, Catholic Church, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, internet cafes, souvenir shops and restaurants.

Rincon is also easy driving distance to the Arecibo Observatory and The Camuy Caves. In Mayaguez and Aguadilla, about a 1/2 hour drive in either direction, there are modern malls with movie theaters. shops, fast food restaurants and casinos. One Visit is Not Enough!!

This was our second trip to Villa El Encanto. Once was in late October 2011 and this second time in early May. Each time the weather was beautiful, but I have to admit the season for fresh mango’s and abundance of mango trees put the icing on the cake this last trip.

During this trip we ventured out of Rincon a bit more than the first trip. We went to the Camuy Caverns/Caves and also into Mayaguez and a trip up into the mountains in Maricao. But I think the most enjoyable part was being able to jump in the pool at any time of day. There was plenty of sunshine, but lot’s of shaded areas at all times of the day, which were particularly pleasing to my husband. Even sitting on the veranda during a brief shower was restful and the rainbow over Aguada & Aguadilla was a bonus.

The Villa was everything I expected and more. I love the fact that you were so close to the beach, but had the privacy and feel of a neighborhood with the neighbors being far enough away from you. The property is beautifully landscaped and private. The pool enticed you to stay put and relax and not even bother to go to the beach. But with the beach so close, you wanted to do both. Sitting by the pool and seeing the Caribbean Ocean was a great feeling.

I would definitely return and highly recommend it whenever I get the opportunity to talk about my vacation there. The fact that you can have a group in the large villa and an even larger group if you use both the Villa and the Villita and have your privacy.

The Villa is kept spotless and so spaciously comfortable – even with a full house on our first trip. There are plenty of places to sit and read if you want to get away from the group and yet plenty of seating if you prefer to be together. The swing seat is the best place to read if you want to be alone.

I can’t think of what I would change in the Villa to improve it… it was all you might want or need for your vacation.

Beautiful House in Rincon

We had such a lovely time in your beautiful house in Rincon! The landscaping of the grounds and pool were exceptionally beautiful, and the views are remarkable. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is perfectly comfortable and clean, and served our purposes perfectly. The kids had a wonderful time as well, romping in the pool and yard, and reading under the covered deck during the midday sun. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay, and we look forward to many visits in the future.

Gorgeous View

Our family had a most enjoyable holiiday week staying at Villa El Encanto. As you know we were in Rincon to celebrate our childrens wedding.The villa is located close to all the local beaches and hot spots but still a beautiful and very private retreat to get away from it all with a gorgeous view! I must say my favorite time of day was to drink my morning coffee by the pool trying to spot a resident iguana. Hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

We returned to Villa El Encanto because our last visit was so fantastic we could not wait to get back. The place is kept immaculately clean and expertly maintained. The owner has gone to great lengths to make sure that your experience at Villa El Encanto is top notch, providing you and your family with a fabulous vacation. The furnishings, well appointed rooms, amenities, grounds, great pool and the amazing views will certainly make this jewel in Puerto Rico the best vacation ever. We will certainly go back soon and highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Villa El Encanto Exceeded Our Expectations

Comments: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa El Encanto. The villa layout, quality, decorations and amenities exceeded our expectations. I’ve stayed in many owner rented properties throughout the US and the Caribbean and found Villa El Encanto to be more comfortable and well equipped for travelers like our family that desire comfortable accommodations while on vacation. We enjoyed the deck, pool area and well-manicured grounds especially with the breeze that keeps the temperatures down. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is situated so you never know you have neighbors. You can lounge in the pool and hear the waves splashing at the beach. We hope to be able to visit again soon.

Suggestions: The king bed is a little too firm and if I am able to stay again I would request if the landscaper can come before my visit since I am allergic to cut grass. I really appreciated the “real” couch since the patio furniture tend to be too low and irritates my back.
