We loved it! Total luxury!

"We loved this condo! At the risk of making everyone fall in love with this condo and having it booked for eternity, so we won't ever have a chance of coming back here, I still must follow my heart and write the review this condo deserves. So here goes:
First off, the owners are the nicest, friendliest people you can imagine. They are helpful if you need help, and leave you alone otherwise. Laura is an interior designer, which means the condo is immaculately furnished down to the most minute details. If you are like us, when you read reviews, you probably wonder what our definition of luxury is based on. If you've only stayed at 3* hotels, then 4* is luxury to you. We've stayed at 5* hotels through my husband's work many times, and we recognize top of the line when we see it. And believe me, as vacation rentals go, this condo is top notch!
When we first stepped through the door, we were cheering with happiness. Everything was so beautiful! Marble floors, shutters throughout, designer furniture, stainless steel, and a feather couch! Yes, the couch has down cushions! But we knew that the condo would have all this already, we just didn't know if the description was exaggerated. Well, it wasn't. The little details that wow'ed us were the master bedroom bedding and comforter, the designer silverware, the bamboo chargers, quality glassware, etc. etc. And then the small stuff, like beach chairs, mats and lots of beach toys for the discerning baby/toddler.
The rooms are well spaced out, so more than one family could stay here, and not feel privacy-challenged. There is lots of closet space, towels, etc. Two very nice bathrooms, one with a huge shower, one with a tub. Everything very open and airy, and with an understated hawaiian touch (bamboo, palm tree motif).
Now to the Ko Olina resort. It consists of many subdivisions, but Coconut Plantation is by far the best. This is because it has better, more luxurious pool areas and grounds, and because it is the closest to the beach. The front entrance with the awesome sand bottom pool and a hot tub is only a five miute walk to the ocean, from the condo it is a five minute walk to the pool, so ten minutes to the ocean from the condo. There is also a pool right by the condo with a hot tub, and finally there is the so-called"hidden spa" (hot tub) at the other end of Coconut plantation. It's salt water and really beautiful.
So there it is, you can't go wrong with this condo or this location!
