The Lake Champlain cottage provides a quiet place to unwind. This is a wonderful setting for swimmers and nature enthusiasts. This is where you can enjoy families of mergansers swimming by or watch the splendor of the sun rising from the Vermont side of the Lake. The water's edge is a few steps from the front of the cottage. There is only a private access road behind the cottage that serves four other homes. The front room of the cottage is multi-functional. There is a dining area so that you can enjoy the beauty of the lake while you eat, and there is a sleeping area with a queen-size bed so that you can drift to sleep with the sound of waves lapping at the waterfront. The middle room has a cathedral ceiling and knotty-pine walls. It is great for reading, sipping wine, or dancing a waltz in private. The back bedroom with twin beds has a 1/2 bath for convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, pots, silverware, stemware, microwave, electric stove, and refrigerator.
