This is a beautiful, quaint little community in the heart of Casa Grande, AZ. Everything is fully maintained for you. The lifestyle is great, and the people are friendly. Whether you're here for a long or short stay, give this a try. The home is contemporary-style furnished and there are beds in all three rooms. At the centerpiece is a brand new 62-inch high-def television. One of the bathrooms has been modified so a wheelchair can go right into the shower. It also has a single garage spot available. Free wireless Internet access at the rec center so bring your computer, too.   • $300 Security Deposit. $100 Cleaning Fee. If a written cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, full deposit shall be refunded. For written cancellation less than 60 days from arrival date, the security deposit shall be refunded on a prorated basis. For example, cancellation at 30 days from arrival date, only $250 would be refunded. The $400 deposit and cleaning fee is expected at time of booking. For rentals 30 days or less, the whole amount of the rental is expected no less than 14 days prior to arrival date unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
  • $15/person/day extra surcharge for more than 2 people
