Vacation in Paradise. You will vacation on the prestigious and casual Neptune Avenue in Leucadia, located in North San Diego County. The home offers stunning “sunset over the ocean” views as well as the sound and smell of the ocean. You will be less than 500 feet from Grand View Beach. Vacation activities could include swimming, surfing and boogie boarding or relaxing at the beach. Day trip to nearby Legoland, The World Famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Disneyland, The Del Mar Racetrack, Quail Botanical Gardens or the Stephen Birch Aquarium. You could go to the local yet well known public golf courses at Torrey Pines or Encinitas Ranch. You are also close to the private golf courses of the La Costa Resort and the Four Seasons Aviara Resort.

This is one of a two unit condo complex. The home is large -- a generous 1920 square foot. It has a very large, 300 square foot, front balcony that is perfect for taking in the local action. The Living Room has 2 large comfy sofas with a TV and DVD player including DVD library as well as a nice ocean view. The well stocked Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster, blender & coffee maker. There are also 3 Ceiling fans. The 600+ square foot Master Suite Retreat has its own sitting area with a TV to offer you your own private getaway.

Other Activities: Close to all that San Diego has to offer.

our family rented "Neptune's Ocean Song" for a week and had a wonderful time...the property was just as stated...we were all pleasantly surprised at how close the beach was and the views were wonderful...we all hope we can visit again and again....wonderful house ...and ricki and jeff made us feel welcome.... the house has many close attractions however we just stayed at the beach and enjoyed....our family's ages ranged from 65 to 21....
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
