Location: Hampton Beach is located along New Hampshire's 18-mile shoreline, just about 40 miles and an hour's drive north of Boston. Directions: From Boston and points south , follow I-95 North to New Hampshire exit 1 for Route 107 toward US-1/Seabrook. Stay straight on 107 to a left on US-1 North/Lafayette Road. In about three miles, take the Hampton Beach exit and merge onto Route 101 East. Turn right onto Route 1A South/Ocean Boulevard, the 'main drag' through Hampton Beach. From points north , Follow I-95 South to New Hampshire exit 2 for Route 101 toward Exeter/Hampton Beach. Stay left to merge onto Route 101 East. Turn right onto Route 1A South/Ocean Boulevard, the 'main drag' through Hampton Beach.

Hampton Beach has attracted visitors since the 1840's considered a premier vacation spot. Free Nightly concerts and comedy shows at the Seashell Stage, Fireworks every Wednesday night. Deep sea fishing, whale watching, sunset cruises, etc. The Hampton Beach Playground presents endless hours of fun for the children. Restaurants and shops galore as you walk up and down Ocean Blvd.

We are located off of Ashworth Street, adjacent to M Street. Located on a Dead End street resulting in less traffic! Beautiful sunsets on the river! All units have been remodeled in the fall of 2008.

Our stay was wonderful...it was very nice and relaxing, the cottage/apartment was adorable...the owners really make sure you have everything you need and are very accommodating and very very nice! We would definatly stay with them again!
Leo thanks so much for sunday it was a real treat gettin to stay for the day when we finally had some beach weather :)

Our family stayed here in August of 2009! What a great time! Place was very clean and well kept! We would definitely stay again!

The owners are wonderful and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Close access to everything and one block from the ocean.

Just can not beat it! I have already booked my week for 2009,

nice people rent, easy access to beach and strip area. Good for walking beach. Nice facilities, great kitchen and deck. I will go back here as often as possible!

We are a family of four. We loved the unit. It was clean and comfortable. The location is key. It's on a dead end street with a great veiw. Short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

It was advertised that this unit was air conditioned. It had one air conditioner in the back bedroom which only cooled off that room, the rest of the place was extremely hot especially if you cooked in the kitchen. The rugs in the bedrooms were extremely dirty as were the window sills and all the fans (ceiling fan and the 1 portable fan) the dirt hung off of them, the beds were extremely small and uncomfortable. When you moved in them they made such an awful noise that you woke everyone up. I went to use the vacuum when we left 2 days early and it stunk so bad and the dirt was coming out of the inside of the vacuum in piles on the floor and there were dead bugs and dirt in the window sills.
