Unlike most Seneca Lake rentals, you will have 100 Feet of private lake frontage and almost an acre of privacy at the end of a private drive. Looking out at the lake from the back deck you will notice that you are at the widest point of Seneca Lake. The cottage is only minutes from most of the region’s premier wineries - a few blocks from the Seneca/Keuka Outlet Trail - not to mention, you're a short drive from the towns of Penn Yan, Watkins Glen, Geneva, Hammondsport and Seneca Falls. This cottage is immaculately clean - sleeps 6, and includes a lakeside hot tub, a dock, and 100 ft of level lake frontage. The kitchen and bathroom are all modernized and the rest of the cottage has all been completely redecorated. Pet Friendly. Romantic Honeymoon Getaway. We do weddings.

    All cancellations subject to a 50.00 cancellation fee.

    All sales within 60 days of the confirmed rental period are final.
  • All sales within 60 days of the confirmed reservation period are final at which time long-term reservations (those booking beyond 60 days of the confirmed reservation period) are required to pay the remaining rental fees and commit to the reserved dates.

Romantic Destination Weddings: We do creative custom destination weddings, combining our cottage with our country inn, The Savannah House Inn and with a local winery. We still have openings for reservations for weddings in 2010. Plan a reasonable getaway wedding in the heart of the Wine Trail, on the water and at a local winery. Very unique - very cool. Your guests will be talking about it for years.

Beautiful home and hot tub!

I stayed with several friends at this home. It was very nicely decorated and very clean. The bedrooms are small but the beds are comfortable and it's convinient that there were towels and linens availible there. There was, however, only 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 women for a whole weekend- obviously we had to get more but there aren't many stores close- by or open at that time of year. The hot tub was spacious and very relaxing. I would stay there again and highly reccommend this home and the renters. The view of Lake Seneca alone was worth the trip! It made our wine-tasting girls-weekend come together.

We just returned from our vacation there and we were more than thrilled with this cottage. The pictures do not do it justice. The cottage was clean and very accomodating. And the view - spectacular! We would definitely rent this place again!

My friends and I wanted a girl's getaway and we found this house online, and thought it looked like exactly what we wanted. When we arrived we were blown away at how it exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, and very nicely decorated. Pat and Brenda were very gracious hosts, and were available if we had needed anything at all. The hot tub overlooking the lake was just great, and I couldn't think of anything else we may have needed to make it better. Everything was there!! We enjoyed wine tasting at some nearby wineries, and Watkin's Glen State Park was 20 min. away and well worth the day spent there. I would definately love to go back to this house again, and would recommend it to anyone!!

Great spot on the lake

The location is wonderful even though the lake was too windy to take our kayaks out. Close to lots and we scheduled a great tour company that picked us up and dropped us off at the door.
The cottage is just as it looks in the photos; comfortable and fun.
Pat and Brenda were also great.

This lake-front cottage is ideally located in Dresden, making for easy access to the Seneca and Keuka Lake Wine Trails.

The property is clean and well-maintained, and the hot tub on the back deck is a great amenity!
