Conveniently located on the most upscale avenue in the San Juan Metro area. This bright, elegantly-furnished 19th floor studio is your home away from home situated in the heart of bustling & hip Condado (across the street from the Marriott Hotel & Casino). The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 2 matching side chairs. The north facing wall is a glass sliding door & opens onto a balcony with a majestic ocean view. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 19-inch LCD TV & DVD player. A walk-in closet is situated between the bedroom & the bathroom. The building has a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.

I stayed here in March and the location was great. It is located right in the Condado area which is very safe and clean. The rental is a good size for 2-3 people and is maintained very well. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, toaster, microwave and more. This place will help make your stay more enjoyable.

The listing was accurate and the picture didn"t lie, it"s in the heart of the Condado and walking distance to everything, it was very clean and the owner was really good with answering my email promptly, I had stayed in the building few years back and liked it very much but I preferred this apartment, I loved the lay out. The bed was very comfortable. It's a block from the beach and 10 minutes walk to ocean park beach which I prefer from the condado one.

My family and I, just got back from a wonderful vacation . we stay at this condo and we all agree that this condo offer us just what we needed , area and location a plus
friendly neighborhood shops. wonderful beach and pool area. we all agree this is the spot, we will be back soon this is one to be enjoy by everyone .....

Excellent place for a party of 3 or less- the place is very tastefully decorated it and very clean. We loved the ocean and ashford ave views. I highly recommend this place. We'll stay there on our next visit to the island.
PS: Really good location, perfect for those who dont want to deal with traffic- within walking distance of everything!
