Dennis Village Vacation Rental cottage

My Sister, Brother-in-law and I spent the 1st week of October in Barbara's Northside Dennis, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. It was my 37th consecutive year of coming to Bayside Dennis for my vacation. In the past I've stayed in East Dennis and Dennis along 6A but this was my(our) first visit in this section. It was a short walk to beautiful Bayside Beach adjacent to Mayflower Beach. Barbara's home was a half of a duplex and was quite cozy ! We enjoyed having access to WiFi for my NET BOOK; as well, regular laptop connection for my Sister's LAPTOP. I so enjoyed the outdoor shower in the lovely back yard but of course there was an indoor walk-in shower. The sleeping arrangements in this two bedroom unit were quite comfortable for all 3 of us. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and comfortable living room. Barbara provided a Webber grill which we used every night out on the front deck. There was ample parking for our two vehicles. The neighborhood was very attractive. Barbara had suggested our having a Lobster Roll at The Sesuit Harbor Cafe. It was very good we went back on day for the "Lobster Roll Cruise" for lunch ! This vacation spot is located near Gina's By-The-Sea Italian Restaurant; as well, Chapins. I would certainly return to this quaint location but I may have to return to my prior arrangement over the Labor Day Week as I have done for the past decade when it generally is still possible for swimming in the Bay nearby ( it was too cool to swim that week ). I had hoped that we might have some Indian Summer weather in early October but at least we had very nice weather for the bulk of the week. David D. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
