This is a brand new Luxury Cottage located in Northwest Peoria. Located off of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Deer Valley, only a few minutes from Lake Pleasant, where you can rent Boats, Jet Skis or just go fishing from the shore. A great family outing! This cottage is about 10 - 15 minutes from the 101 Freeway, and from there a quick ride to the Peoria Sports Complex (springtime home to the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres) and within ten miles of the Glendale Arena (home of the Phoenix Coyotes and numerous concerts & events) and the recently completed Arizona Cardinals professional football stadium. Relax and enjoy all that Phoenix has to offer. You will be surrounded by opportunities for golf, boating, swimming, concerts, theater, professional sporting events, dining, and shopping. There is also a 'shared' pool and spa a short walk away. For the kids there is a nice playground and lots of grass for a relaxing stroll in the evening. This home is all that you need!

Perfect place for vacation plans north of the city

Great place to stay while visiting Phoenix. Our plans took us north of the city and we wanted to be away from all of the congestion of Phoenix. This was the perfect location. It is a newer area so there were not alot of dining options close to the condo but more are in the process of opening soon. The condo itself was very comfortable. Some of the things that reduced our rating was the internet unavailable for the first 6 days of our trip but they did work very hard to make it right, 5 people-4 washcloths and no dish towels for the kitchen. We did get into town a day early and were able to check in but there was someone in that day and they had to rush to get the place cleaned up and ready for us which went way above and beyond the call of duty. We did not have any children with us but this is a good location for a family. We were very close to the pool and spa area that has a nice park area for kids to play. We may be taking this trip every Februray and would definately try to stay at this location again. Everything you need is close by and traffic was never a problem. Of course with the growth of the area, no guarentees on traffic in the future but for now it was a perfect place to stay.
Owner's Response: This is a newer area, and many, many stores are in and more are coming. I drove the area today, and counted 8 eating establishments within 1 mile of the cottage including Paradise Bakery, Subway and McDonalds. A Target Superstore is 1 mile away, as well as 6 or 7 clothing stores including Dress Barn and Shoe Pavilion, Ross and Kohls. A shoppers paradise. We made available the internet code within 24 hours to our past guest, and it is in our welcome book now. Internet is up and running! We just purchased new towels and wash cloths so there should be plenty for your stay. We appreciate the feedback, and we are a fairly new rental, and we still working out a few bugs.
