The second story consists of a Master Bedroom with a deck right out the door to watch the beautiful sunsets. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds and separate bathroom. The main living area has kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops. Dining Room/Living Room has all new furniture, new floor tile, complete renovation - 42 inch LCD/HDTV, free internet access and queen sleeper. This level also has a deck to enjoy the gulf views and beautiful beaches. Steps to the lower deck from main level provides you with another area for relaxation and barbecue while your children play in the sand. Parking available for two vehicles right at the door. Property is located in heart of Destin/Miramar Beach/ Frangista Beach near all major attractions. Signing Guests Must Be 25 Years Of Age.

You do not know how much we appreciate you allowing us to stay in your beautiful place and would love to do it again. It was also great speaking with you on the telephone. We have rented several townhomes there and never spoken with an owner directly. Talking with you made me feel as though I was staying at a friend's home.
