This wonderful condo is located at the south end of Kailua-Kona in the Keauhou resort area. Ideally positioned next to the Kona Country Golf Club, the Keauhou Shopping Center, and Kahalu'u Beach Park - all within easy walking distance or on 'neighborhood' tram route - this particular area is quieter, more spacious and enables you to really feel like your away from it all. This is Kona at it's best! There are several wonderful restaurants at the Keauhou Shopping Center or you can take a scenic, meandering, oceanfront drive up Ali'i Drive to the town of Kailua-Kona and sample one of the many restaurants available there.   • Ironman - High Season Rates Apply (no specials rates)
  • Rates are based on four person/s only. Additional guests are $15/night each and add $25/person towards cleaning fee.

    A 20% non-refundable deposit required to confirm reservation; this deposit is applied towards total cost of stay.

    Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival may have reservation deposit applied towards another stay within one year of original arrival date. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies unless rebooked.

    Monthly rates are based on 28 day rental; additional days pro-rated at monthly rate.
  • First time guests will be charged a refundable $250 security deposit. Security Deposit will be released after satisfactory cleaning inspection upon checkout.

We stayed in Unit 59 after reading other reviews and rented from Sandy. We didn't need AC but you may want to arrange for the portable unit if staying in the summer. Our unit was spotless, we could hear the ocean breezes and the snorkeling beach just a short walk from the unit was excellent. The pool was crystal clear and had it to ourselves several times. We shy away from large busy party resorts and this place was serene yet close to shopping and restaurants. The unit was well equipped and the washer dryer came in handy. Our morning coffee was greeted with tropical birds on the lanai and the occasional mongoose attempting to catch them. We felt at home here and can't wait until we come back again one day soon.
