This home is family friendly, very clean and comfy. Only 1/2 mile walk to the beach, and a block away from Taylor's pond inlet for kayaking. This creates a constant breeze so the cottage is never too warm. Updated kitchen, granite counter, dishwasher, new (2011) mattresses. South of Route 28 in Forest Beach area, 3.5 miles to downtown Chatham and equally as close to Harwichport. Walk to tennis court , basketball and bike trail. Large 16x16 deck with gas grill, large living room with cathedral ceiling and wireless internet. There is a washer and a large clothes line in back. Several golf courses close by, very quiet and safe area as well. Forest beach is warm and great for kids with free parking! There is also 75 acres of conservation land next to beach with great views.Fresh water ponds very close by as well. Walk to coffee shop,school house ice cream, library, and Pisces Restaurant. Don't forget Chatham 'A's' baseball team playing in town.

So beautiful: Once you get here you won't want to leave. Warm waters, great shopping, some of the best restaurants on the cape. Chatham lighthouse and beach only 3.5 miles from the house. Chatham library at the top of the street with all the latest reads. Bike trails that never end. Play tennis at our own neighborhood court, 2 blocks away. Cranberry Valley golf course just 10 minutes from house.

John and I are both from Quincy. We thought it would be nice to own a summer cottage on the Cape. We never dreamed it would happen in Chatham in 2007. So happy to be on this little corner of the cape. So much going on yet far enough away from it all. We love to pick a project each year to improve our cottage and make everyone's stay more enjoyable.

Centrally located at the “elbow” of Cape Cod. Our retreat is clean,cozy and tastefully decorated, 1/2 mile walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood, recommended for families up to five or six. Our home has 2 queens so know one gets stuck in a double. Explore main street and its quaint stores, restaurants, bars and inns. Relax at the scenic beaches perfect for sunning, swimming, boogie-boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, or sailing. Enjoy public golf and our very own tennis court minutes away. The 28-mile Cape Cod bike trail perfect for both avid cyclists and families is around the corner. Try whale-watching, kiteboarding, visit the seals on Monomoy Island, or hop on the island ferries to the Vineyard or Nantucket. Kids love the go-carts, bumper boats, skateboard park and miniature golf. In the evenings, catch a Chatham A’s baseball game,or show at the outstanding Monomoy summer theater, or famous Friday-night band concerts in the park. Like most people, you may find yourself coming back, year after year.

A wonderful place to create family memories in a no fuss home that offers all the amenities.

We had a great stay, the place is so cute and spotless. Bedrooms are on the smaller side but who cares, the large outdoor shower makes up for it. Perfect location and what a beautiful beach, so pretty to walk. Loved the tennis and having the bike trail so close. Would definitly return amd highly recommend.

I have to say as a family we enjoyed our stay at this cottage. There is something for all ages in the area. It's own private beach, tennis court, basketball court. The cottage was well equipped. There were two great restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of shopping, both clothes as well as food. The cottage was as neet as a pin upon our arrival. I have to say it was an enjoyable experience for my whole family

The description was completely accurate. This property is well kept, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Its located in a really nice neighborhood and is a lovely little walk to the beach and tennis courts. I am typically skepticle of outdoor showers but this one was fantastic! Great water pressure, clean, and lots of space. The deck was my favorite part as it provided plenty of space for us to have dinner and relax. I travel often and this cottage in Chatham is certainly one I would like to return to. I would, and already have recommended this cottage to friends & family. For those of you not familiar with Chatham, it has it all - great retaurants, shops & beaches. It's the perfect Cape Cod town!
