This adorable Victorian cottage is just steps from the ocean. Watch your family enjoy Shorts Sands beach while you relax on the porch overlooking beautiful views of the Atlantic. Spacious backyard with lovely garden. Well maintained, with wood floors recently refinished. Nicely furnished. Walking distance to restaurants, arcade, shops, Nubble Lighthouse and many more attractions for all ages.

Enjoy all the southern Maine coast has to offer! Many wonderful activities within walking distance, including, beachcombing, shopping, dining, arcade games, zoo, kayaking, Nubble Lighthouse, and many more. A 15 minute drive will take you to fine dining and art museums in Ogunquit, historic sites in Portsmouth, NH, outlet shopping in Kittery, or hiking on nature trails on Mt Agementicus. The Greater Portland area is about a half hour away. Boston is an hour and a half. Great golf courses nearby, as well.

Enjoy all the southern coast of Maine has to offer! Many wonderful activities within walking distance, including beachcombing, kayaking, shopping, dining, arcade, zoo, Nubble Lighthouse, and many more. A 15 minute drive will take you to fine dining, art museums, live theatre and the Marginal Way in Ogunquit. Historic Portsmouth, NH, and outlet shopping in Kittery are also a 15 minute drive. Nearby Wells has the Rachel Carson nature preserve. Mt Agamenticus is about 10 minutes away with hiking trails and great views. The Greater Portland area is about a half hour away. There is something for everyone in this beautiful area.
