Just Renovated

This comfortable, quiet and clean living space has undergone a major renovation in 2008 that included new flooring, living room, bathroom and bedroom upgrades, all freshly painted throughout. This second level condominium provides 825 sq. ft. of living space (including lanai). It has one bedroom, one bathroom - ideal for a couple or single occupancy. The bedroom features a comfortable and spacious king size bed. The living room futon can accommodate one or two additional sharing guests.

Kamaole Beach Park

Just 375 steps to the beach, the ocean and sand beckon you for a morning walk or daytime visits on any schedule to soak up the sun or ride the gentle surf to shore. From January to March the whales can be seen from the shoreline as they perform their acrobatics for the appreciative audience.

Great Amenities

Kihei Alii Kai is a 128 unit four level condominium complex with manicured grounds, front vehicle parking, central swimming pool/hot tub/sauna, barbeque amenities and elevated tennis courts/parking area at the upper end of the complex. Elevators to access all levels are located adjacent to both parking areas. It is close to shopping, golf, car/bike rentals, snorkeling, hiking and fine dining.

Fully Equipped Condo

This condominium is air-conditioned and fully equipped with all major appliances as well as cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery and glasses and beach accessories. A playpen and baby bath are provided for infant care. The furnished lanai overlooks a treed courtyard providing a secluded atmosphere with a glimpse of the ocean beyond.

About The Owner

The Alii Kai has been our family vacation destination since the condo complex was constructed. Now that retirement is here, the attraction is even greater.

Of course our four grown children and our eight grandchildren have a sustained interest in a warm place to go to get a break from the long Canadian winters.

We don't mind sharing our home in paradise with people who appreciate and respect relaxed, comfortable surroundings close to the gentle surf.

The all-masonry construction of this complex provides quiet living in a safe and secure setting.

The management of this condo take great pride in overall housekeeping and groomiing of the grounds and ammenities.

What makes this condo unique

People we meet at the pool, hot tub and barbeque are friendly and easy to engage. The hospitality certainly adds to an entertaining vacation.

This is absolutely an excellent place to stay. The Condo has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation, Excellent Beach Chairs, bogey boards, beach towels. We prepared many of our meals and the condo had a full compliment of dishes, table ware, pots and pans. The King size bed was very comfortable and the living room furniture was very comfortable. We never turned the air conditioner on because there was always a breeze blowing through. You could not ask for a more central location, everything was within walking distance. Fact is next year we may not even rent a car for the entire time, just as needed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Jerry was excellent to deal with. The condo was accurately described, photo's represented condo space well. Location very central to all activities, beaches and shopping. The complex (Kihei Alii Kai) is very well maintained and quiet. It was overall a very positive experience and we would recommend this property to anyone, and would stay here again ourselves.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
