Sunset Vistas is an all-suite resort located directly on the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Decorated in a “Tommy Bahama” style, suite provides separate bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen complete with granite countertops, a separate living/dining room with a queen size sofa bed, washer/dryer and a private balcony overlooking beautiful Treasure Island Beach. This unit is located on the 5th floor.

White sugar sand beaches with gorgeous sunsets is what you can look forward to. Walk the beach just a few feet from the resort or stay in and relax viewing the ocean from your own private balcony. It's up to you! This property is nearly new constructed in 2006 it's full of top notch amenities and the luxury you deserve.

Complex has a fabulous heated pool directly on the beach and spacious Jacuzzi. Amenities: Cable TV, stereo, phone (calling card required for long distance), full kitchen including; dishes, utensils, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens, towels, beach towels, ceiling fans, out door grill and patio area, and of course the Beach!

Activities: SunCoast beach trolley at door- will take you from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach daily with unlimited stops for one price. A convenient drive to Florida's major attractions! Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World, etc. Good restaurants are in abundance within short walk or drive. Lots of diverse local shopping as well as great nearby malls! For the beach lover- The beautiful gulf with its warm blue clean waters is at your back door. The white sandy beach provides the perfect playground for beach volleyball, walking, jogging and looking for shells. We are close to tennis courts and several Championship and Executive golf courses.

I want to go back!! My family had a wonderful time, great place for a family, I have a 4 and 7 year old. Very, clean, like brand new! Looks like the pictures on the net. Will go back in the future,loved it!
