Charming, private waterfront home on creek leading to the Tred Avon River. Deepwater dock with boat lift, water and electricity. The home is almost new with plenty of room for an active family. We have Directv with premium channels such as Showtime and HBO. The kitchen is centrally located in the house with views of the water and the best of appliances.
