  • A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. All rates are double occupancy.*
    5 to 13 nights: $ 105.00 per night*
    14 to 29 nights:$ 85.00 per night*
    30 nights: $ 45.00 per night*

    * Additional guests are welcome by prior arrangement at $10 per person per night. All rates are subject to NMGRT (currently 6.875%). Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 11am.

    Payment: A credit card and/or cleared check is required to hold your reservation. Payment for stays of 7 days or less is required upon arrival. Payment for longer then 7 days pays in advance for one week and full payment upon arrival. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for stays of less than 7 nights must be received via telephone or email at least 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s stay. Reservations for stays of more than 7 days must be canceled 5 days prior. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of 10% of the cost of the total stay.
  • Children and pets are welcome with prior notice. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
    Once we receive your credit card information and/or a cleared check with name, address and phone number, we will show dates on availability calendar as occupied.
    Pets are additional fee, cleaning fee will be added each complete stay of $95.00 US

Good place to stay

We stayed in the house for a week and we did like the house but there were a couple things that they could fix....the toilet seat was about to break when we got there and did end up breaking the last couple days we were there, the shower curtain was pretty much almost falling off, there where several dead cockroaches dead on the ground through out the house, the beds were pretty uncomfortable, and the TV had to of been from 1980, But other then that the kitchen was a nice size and pretty nice with everything you need to cook at home. Backyard could use some work as well but there was a grill and chairs which was nice. Overall I would have to say it's a good place to stay and the price was great.

Christmas here was wonderful

My husband, mother in law, and I stayed here for 6 weeks. Not only was it a cozy home in a wonderful neighborhood with 3 parks within walking distance, it is close to the library, the Albq rose garden, the bus lines, and Abq uptown, a new shopping district. We had family over for Christmas dinner and they said this house was a wonderful find. We all agree on that!

The service by the owner was wonderful and very prompt, no matter what we needed. I certainly would recommend this home to others. It is great for the elderly and children. There is a grab bar at the side of the tub for those who need it. The back yard is fenced for visitors with children.

The sunrises from the dining room window were many times spectacular and the sunsets from the front door were often picture perfect. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and we felt at home the first day.

Comfortable and convenient

The house is comfortable and everything worked. Garage and carport for our two cars. Very close to shopping, dining and Interstate. We enjoyed the stay and hope to do it again.

Great house, just as described. The best features were the backyard -- perfect for eating out -- and the comfy bed. Lovely decor and pet friendly! The quiet neighborhood and two close parks made this a great vacation stay. What a luxury to have WiFi as well...

Great stay!

The house was perfect for us. It makes an ideal short term rental. The house is well equipped. The location is very convenient. It is a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Everything was as described in the website. Library is within walking distance. Bike trails are 2 minutes away. Shopping is also close. Actually there are 3 parks within walking distance. The property was well maintained. Having WiFi in the house was very useful.

Venus has done a great job of insuring that our stay of 10 weeks was enjoyable. We had a problem with the washing machine one day, she had it repaired by the next day. We are very pleased with her service.

We would certainly recommend this property to others. We have already booked it for next year.

High marks for this place.
