This Beautiful Home is perfect for vacationers. Located less than a two miles drive from the Parris Island Gate. 5 Minutes to Downtown Beaufort and the waterfront Park

This home has 2 Bedrooms upstairs.

Master has 1 queen-size bed, 2 night stands with swing arm lamps/ television with remote, chair. and a dresser and a private bath. The master comes with a double closet full length mirror, 14 ft ceilings, a plant shelf and a variable speed ceiling fan.

Tthe 2nd Bedroom has 1 Full-size bed, 1 night stand and lamp, small dresser plus there is a private bath.The 2nd bedroom has a large closet and full length mirror, 14 ft ceilings with variable speed ceiling fan snd a plant shelf.

The living room has 1 Queen-size sleeper sofa (Sealy innerspring mattress)

, 2 wicker chairs, a glidder as well as a 32' flat screen TV with remote,DVD, VCR.m. Each Bedroom has it's own bathroom with an additional guest 1/2 bath on the ground floor. Wonderful veranda to to sit and relax and watch to neighborhood go

This home has a wonderful Veranda that seats 6. Located in a wonderful walking community with friendly neighbors who will stop and say hello and welcome you to the neighbor. Feel free to ask them questions, they love it. Walk to a small beach, located just 1 mile away. Dockside-The best Seafood Restaurant is just one block away, as well as Moondoggies, another wonderful restaurant just a 2 block walk. Walk to Nuances a wonderful,fabulously priced shop that has gift items,clothes and jewelry, as well as items made by locale artists.

Visit our new cypress wetlands, which boasts a brand new walking path. See the nesting grounds of hundreds of egrets and other locale birds. The YMCA is located just off the Cypress wetlands walking path.

Located in Historic, Peaceful Port Royal, just a short walk to a small beach and boardwalk and one block to fabulous restaurants and quaint shops. Just a short drive to downtown Beaufort (5 miles), or to Harbor Island, Hunting Island (major Beach).

Just 2 miles to Parris Island 5 min to Dowtown Beaufort 45 min, to Hilton Head, 1 hour to Savannah, 1.5 hours to Charleston

There isn't really any public transportation to speak of. We do have taxis but these can be very pricey. If you arrive by plane it is best to rent a car .

Charming Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage. It is so convenient to Parris Isalnd. The house provided everything we needed. We had a great country breakfast at the Mikki's diner and the best hamburgers and ice cream at Fat Patties. Ww cooked several meals here and even prepared a picnic for family day.
We hope to return and will certainly be contacting you again.

Thank you for allowing your home to be our home for the past week. Everything we needed and more was so graciously provided.
We too in the beautiful scenery, but "The Palmetto Moon Cottage" provided us the retreat and rest that we needed.
The location was ideal and provided convenient access to Charleston, Savannah and especially local restaurants

Beautiful Weather

We had never been to this area before and weren't sure what to expect. We have been delighted by the weel-stocked home, and the friendly neighbors. We loved taking walks every morning, being able to walk to the fish market down the street and the delicioius local restaurants. We enjoyed beautiful weather and we look forward to our return.
