Witness the spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the second floor balcony or enjoy the beach front access to the sand and surf! Sand dollars, conchs and starfish are still found here daily! This 1500+ square feet condominium is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and all linens, towels, etc. We have recently undergone a major kitchen and bathroom remodel so all appliances are brand new! The condominium will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. This freshly tiled second floor unit has three bedrooms, with a king size bed in the master bedroom and #2 bedroom and twins in #3 bedroom. There is also a double sleeper sofa in the living room. The condominium sleeps up to 8 and has 3 full bathrooms, and a covered porch overlooking the just refurbished pool and the Atlantic Ocean.

This condo more than met our expectations

Our group of 3 couples thoroughly enjoyed the beachfront condo and we all thought it was an exceptional value for the cost. The unit was very nicely furnished and had all the comforts of home. It was clean and the rental process, instructions, key pickup and checkout all went smoothly. Access to Wild Dunes was simple and we found many interesting sites and restraunts in the area. The weather was good during our stay and the ocean temps were still fine for swimming. We were interested and surprised by the extent of beach erosion along some parts of Isle of Palms but it did not affect nor detract from our vacation. We all agreed to another get-together in the area in the not too distant future.

Owner's Response: We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! We try and stay as much as we can. We are being told that the worst of the beach erosion is behind us and that the beach is now in a building back or recovery phase. In January 2008 we are undertaking major renovations of the kitchens and bathrooms with new cabinets and countertops, smooth ceilings, new doors and lighting and much more! We would love to have you come back!

A little peice of heaven on Isle of Palms

My husband and I just spent two weeks here at Summer House and it truly is a beautiful condo. The kitchen is so big and has all of the updates we wish our own home had! The drawers are the kind that you push in and they close by themselves. There are beautiful granite countertops and the cutest little breakfast table in the corner. This kitchen was very well equipped and just a joy to cook in. The decorating touches in the bedrooms are just tip top. The front bedroom is like stepping into a Hawaiian villa, complete with little grass skirts on the two twin beds. There are two master bedrooms each with updated bathrooms and glass showers with beautiful tile work. We had a wonderful time and plan to make it an annual vacation. Thanks Caroline and Chris for sharing your little peice of paradise.
