The apartment is situated within the popular urbanisation El Faro, and takes its name from the port lighthouse close by. The apartment has a balcony directly overlooking the pool with sea views. Both bedrooms and lounge areas benefit from air conditioning (summer/winter). The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has twin beds and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a lounge/dining area with sofas and dining table for 6 and satellite TV / DVD. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, full oven and grill. Beneath the apartment complex is secure parking. The apartment is a two minue walk from the lovely port of Estepona where a wealth of bars and restaurants can be found. Also 200 metres away is the beautiful main beach, La Rada Beach, with Blue Flag status. Within the urbanisation is a Bakery and Cafe, selling fresh bread, coffee and pastries daily. In walking distance are 2 local supermarket

The port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holidaymakers when visiting Estepona, with an abundance of restaurants and bars. The town centre is a 10 minute stroll away from the apartment and is still unique in retaining its Spanish heritage with pretty plazas. In addition to this, Estepona has 2 main beaches, both with Blue Flag status. La Rada Beach is only 200metres from the apartment and is more than 1 km long. El Cristo Beach is a small bay approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Both beaches have Chiringuitos (beach bars and restaurants) and lifeguards in season. Within the urbanisation is a typical Spanish cafe and bakery offering freshly baked bread and pastries in addition to tapas and ice cream.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £100 deposit per week is required to secure a booking which is non refundable and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    The apartment will be available from 15:00 - 22:00 on the day of arrival. On your day of departure we would require you to vacate the apartment by 10:00. Where possible we will try and accomodate earlier or later times however these must be agreed prior to booking.
  • A security / key deposit of €200 or £140 is payable upon arrival, and will be returned at the end of the letting period providing no material damage has been made to the apartment or fittings.
  • Discounts for long term bookings (3 or more weeks) are available, please contact the owner.

Notes: The apartment is tastefully decorated and has marble floors throughout. The master bedroom is ensuite and within the beautifully fitted bathroom is a hand wash basin, bidet, toilet and bath with overhead shower. The second bathroom is also finished to a high standard with a hand wash basin, toilet and shower cubical. All linen and towels are included (except beach towels). A travel cot is available upon request (no linen provided for the travel cot). Electricity is included within the price quoted. The apartment has its own underground secure reserved parking space with lift access and stairs. A welcome pack is provided making the start of your holiday a little bit easier. This is included with the price quoted. A mid rental clean can be arranged and this is payable locally at 12 euros per hour.

Other Activities: The Selwo Adventure Park is a great family day out and only a 10 minute drive away. Gibraltar is 30 minutes drive away, where you can go on a tour of the rock and see the famous apes - or enjoy the tax free shopping!!! The sophisticated resort of Puerto Banus is only a 15 minute drive away, with beautiful harbour, great shops and ideal for people watching! Ronda is an hours drive away, with an abundance of history and spectacular views - well worth a visit.

Excellent Apartment with all mod-cons - A real home from home. Well situated close to the Marina and beach and just a short stroll from the 'old town'. Variety of restaurants (Chinese and Italian especially) close at hand.
Recommend a day trip to Gibraltar and Selwo Adventure park

The apartment is equipped with all the essential applicances including Sky which kept our 3yr son happy.

Great location, very close to the Marina. A leisurely stroll along the promenade will take you to the old town. In both locations you'lll find a wide range of restaurants.

Very close to Selwo Zoo which is a must visit.

The pool is never busy and very refreshing.

Property was everything it said, could not be closer to amenities, 50 metres from Lighthouse, close to all restaurants and 2 good beaches accessible on foot.Would recommend it, it has all you need for a holiday in the sun.

A well-appointed apartment only a few minutes walk from the beach, the Marina and its many restaurants, the promenade, local shops and the centre of Estepona. The aprtment was clean, spacious, secure and the complex had a pool which was cleaned regularly. The owner has described the apartment precisely in his notes. We spent two weeks in the apartment and were delighted with our choice. I would recommend the apartment and this area of Estepnoa for anyone seeking a holiday with more of a Spanish flavour.
