This lovely house is newly built and has Mountain décor throughout. The main floor is open with a kitchen, living room and dining room. The Master Suite is located on the main floor as well. Downstairs you have the other three bedrooms and a den with a big screen TV. You are a quick walk from the popular Garwoods restaurant and the beach. In the winter you are conveniently located between Northstar and Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts. This house is great for kids with a fenced in back yard and tree house. Your whole family will enjoy the open floor plan and hand crafted furniture throughout.
