Enjoy amazing ocean views from any one of our three decks. Town home comfortably sleeps eight with 3/4 bedrooms. Freshly painted and carpeted - May 2009. Also includes new kitchen, washer/dryer, covered parking, community tennis and playground, wireless access, VCR/DVD, screen porch with table and chairs for oceanfront dinning. Minutes from downtown Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach and only 20 minutes to Ocean City, Maryland. Great boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. Everything open year round and the beach is especially wonderful and peaceful in the FALL. Booking now for 2010.

Very clean, spacious Townhouse with perfect access to a private sandy beach! Quiet neighborhood but easy proximity to Dewey & Rehoboth beaches. Kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. Wireless internet was a definite plus!! Enjoyed having ability to use the charcoal grill (we grilled an outstanding clambake!). Would definitely return! Very accomodating owners!

This was our most relaxing family vacation yet and it was all due to being right on the beach. The children were able to come and go with ease and we did not need to lug stuff back and forth. The views were amazing and each morning and evening the dolphins passed our way. The home is very comfortable and the childrens park right out front (no noise at all) was so very convenient. We enjoyed ourselves so very much. The screened in porch provided the perfect space to enjoy picking crabs! We will definitly be back!!

You couldn't be closer to the ocean unless you pitched a tent on the sand. The beach is literally your back yard. In fact, as you walk out the back door, there's a small fenced in area of the beach that comes with the house - a nice feature for us, since we have young children. They even provided a bin of beach toys.

The house is cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. The top-floor bedroom is particularly airy and light-filled. You can listen to the surf as you fall asleep at night.

Just steps from the front door is a small community playground which is really handy. Two blocks away is a little diner where we like to go for pancakes in the morning.

This is a great place for a low-key, relaxing vacation.

A Great Beach Getaway!

This lovely townhouse right on the beach was everything I was looking for in a vacation rental. The back of the house opens up to a private beach, where every morning you can wake up to a magnificent sunrise. The master suite on the top floor has high ceilings, Every floor has a private deck from which you can relax and experience the sights and sounds of the water. It was very relaxing, roomy and comfortable for my friends and I (six people total). We walked on the beach, made dinner, went out to both Rehoboth and Bethany, and just generally had a great time. The house was very clean and well-maintained. In short, it is a perfect place if you want to have fun, easy beach experience!

Finally, a true beachfront property!

This house is so close to the beach that I was able to stand on the deck to photograph our children playing in the sand. We loved it! No trudging over dunes the size of mountains with chairs, no walking children back to the bathroom- they can go alone, no lugging coolers of drinks, or packing lunch here- you are just steps away from the house.
Our only surprise was that the loft is wide open to the hallway & bedroom, so it was a bit loud- nothing a sound machine can't take care of!
