'Classic Maine Cottage on the shores of Great Pond' Come enjoy all that the Belgrade Lakes has to offer in our traditional Maine cottage on Great Pond in Belgrade Maine.

Great Pond is an 8,500-acre crystal clear lake with spectacular scenery, wildlife and excellent fishing (Northern Pike, Small Mouth Bass, and Brown Trout) during open water and ice fishing seasons.

Our common area includes a place to launch your boat, two 50 foot docks, a swimming area, swim float, fire pits, picnic tables, a couple of hammocks and some chairs and chaises for relaxing by the lake. A perfect spot for a family reunion.

You can swim, boat, hunt, fish, snowmobile, ice fish, ice skate, cross country ski, snow shoe, bike, hike, antiquing, bird watching, museums, scenic byways,antiquing . Shoppers will be very surprised at our Augusta outlets 10 miles away and LLBean in Freeport is only 45 minutes away.

For the ones that can't leave home without their laptops.........we have wireless Internet

Great Pond is an 8,500-acre crystal clear lake with spectacular scenery, wildlife and excellent fishing (Northern Pike, Small Mouth Bass, and Brown Trout) during open water and ice fishing seasons.

Our year round cottages are either on the water or within a very short walk to their own private 100 ft lakefront common area. Our common area includes a place to launch your boat, two 50 foot docks, a swimming area, swim float, fire pits, picnic tables, a couple of hammocks and some chairs and chaises for relaxing by the lake.

Activities: So much to do! Belgrade Lakes offers something for all ages and all seasons. Choose among the many activities of the surrounding lakes: water sports, boating, superb fishing, swimming, hiking, a round of golf on a championship course, or enjoy hikes along numerous trails to breath taking views. Enjoy tours by car or bike to our quaint village or a quiet picnic spot. Children can experience a Maine summer tradition at one of the many specialized children's camps. Whether you come to Belgrade Lakes to enjoy the summer fun, to view the fall foliage, or to ice fish and cross-country ski, Belgrade Lakes has something special for you during all of the season.

Belgrade Lakes, Maine The 18-hole 'Belgrade Lakes' course at the Belgrade Lakes Golf Club facility in Belgrade Lakes, Maine features 6,629 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 71.6 and it has a slope rating of 146. Designed by Clive Clark, the Belgrade Lakes golf course opened in 1998. Kyle Evans manages the course as the President.
