NOT too good to be true

This property is everything it claims to be and looks even BETTER than the pictures...especially the deck. It really is steps from the beach (a bit rocky, but nice) and you can watch the sunset and boats on the river from the living room. It's nicely and purposefully decorated (almost too nice. My brother-in-law threw a non color safe beach towel in with some too-nice white towels and the guilt was terrible! Oh those poor towels! All towels should be color safe! And there are some cute fish knick knacks that you wouldn't want your toddler to break.)
The Sands Cafe is a short walk away (warning: they don't allow strollers) and has some good food and good service. I never went to Mad Fish, because everyuone I talked to described it as "okay"...and okay is not want you want in a fish place. But if you walk across the Sea st bridge, you'll hit the Bridgewaye, a seafood/steak place with a really great bar with a view of the marina and sports on tv.
(I suppose I should've taken away a suitcase for not being pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible, but I added an extra suitcase for the kick-bum deck with grill)
