Perfectly located within walking distance of everything - you don't need a car - tucked in a quiet corner is this adorable 1 bedroom condo. Newly renovated and redecorated kitchen, living area and bedroom. In fact, we still have finishing touches to add to make this the perfect get away for 2. There is seating for 4 in the living room area and on the deck. There is seating for 2 at the new butcher block counter. Slider open onto the private, fenced in deck which come equipped with a gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, full stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. There is a TV and DVD built into the counter, wireless internet, air conditioning plus a ceiling fan. The bedroom has a queen size bed with reading lights for those who enjoy a good book at night. There is an oversized closet, plus bath with shower and washer/dryer for your use. In the High Season we are available for weekly rentals only, from Sat.to Sat. check in at 3PM until check out at 10 AM.

A perfect location. Just 1 block from Commercial Street and The Boat Slip and steps from all the coffee houses, beaches, restaurants, shops and galleries. Turn the other way and you are steps from the Grand Union. You can park your car and walk everywhere. Its a short walk to any activity you can imagine that Ptown has to offer. When you come back to the condo you have a private fenced in deck to relax on and enjoy drink as you prepare your favorite foods on the gas grill.
