Great house in Tucson

We loved this property, and recommned it highly. We had two couples with 5 kids between us, and had plenty of space. The house is new, large, well laid out and beautifully furnished and appointed. All you'll need are groceries and adult beverages, and the stores are only about 4 minutes away, despite the fact that the house is at the edge of open desert and the Tortolita mountains.
The backyard is extremely well done, with a pool, hot tub, grill, bar, fireplace, chimenea, and about 5 seating areas, one of which is shaded all day, and contains an outdoor kitchen table and chairs that seats 10. We were only indoors to sleep...
We were very pleasantly surprised that the property is actually nicer than the description and photos suggested. it was immaculately clean, and everything provided was top quality.
Negatives are few and very minor, and all related to electronics:
The community is gated, which is great as long as the gate code works, but our last three days it did not. Similarly, the property is acccessed with a garage code, which did not work the first day due to a dead battery. Also, there is an extensive security system, which we could not turn off, and which emits a beeping every time an external door is opened, which became annoying to anyone sleeping. However, these were small things and overall only of minimal impact.
There are properties closer to the primary sightseeing locations, but you pay for the proximity. We all found this house to be well worth the 10-15 extra minutes in the car.
