This completely updated beach cottage is located in Dennis Port, MA. We keep the house very clean, and you will feel like you are in a hotel since everything is very nice and new. The cottage is less than about 150 yards from the beach, and we provide a wagon for pulling yor kids or stuff to the beach. The front and back yard is fenced in, so you can let your children roam the yard without worrying. When you walk back from the beach you can wash up in our oversized outdoor shower. The house has forced heat and air conditioning. The forced air AC is great for hot summer days and nights. Very easy walk to Raycroft beach, and a few blocks from Sea Street beach.
The is a hypo-allergenic home, so no pets are allowed, no smoking allowed, all floors are hardwood for low dust, and there are no down products in the house.
