This end unit townhouse has all the comforts of home, and is perfectly situated to allow you to experience the very best Saratoga has to offer! This unit offers off-street parking, and a one car attached garage. Inside, you'll find a tiled, sunny galley kitchen with spacious eat-in area and seating for four. The kitchen is newly painted and has all the cookware and serverware you need to enjoy all you meals at home. Right off the kitchen, there's a newly carpeted living room with built-in bookcase and cable TV setup. A door out the back of the living room brings you to the private patio and to the pool. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with a Qeen Bed, and 1.5 baths. A washer/dryer pair is conveniently placed between the BR. The unit has C/A and internet hookup for guests.

We enjoyed our stay and we were equipped with all the amenities of home. Propererty is well kept in a quiet residentail area, pool and tennis courts were a nice add on. The owner kept business transactions simple and to the point which was a nice welcome for those of us who lead busy lives, security deposit was returned promptly as stated. Our family enjoyed the stay and would stay at this property again. Thank you Nurit, we look forward to working with you in the near future! P.S. Loved the books too!

Our family had a lovely week in Saratoga Springs. The house is well kitted out and the pool and tennis courts are steps from the back door. When we arrived there were no tennis rackets available for use and I mentioned this to Nurit - overnight 4 new rackets appeared for our family use while there. What excellent customer service!
The house is beside the state park, which you can easily walk to, using a bridge which crosses the highway. We got tickets to see the NYC ballet, which was a real treat.
I would recommend this house to anyone - but you will need a car to get into Saratoga itself.
