About Angelica Franco

As a Nothern California native I made the move to AZ in 2003. While I still love the wine country I love AZ even more. The sun and ammentities that Scottsdale provides is like no other. I married my husband, a rare AZ native, in 2007. We also live in Scottsdale about 6 miles from the rental so if you need any local tips don't hesitate to ask. We are both avid football fans so every Sunday home game you will find us at the AZ Cardinals stadium, tailgating on the great lawn and then cheering for the home team.

Perfect Condo

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo, which basically says it all - you will want to return. This is quite a large development, but the location of the unit provides for so much privacy you can have your morning coffee on the balcony in your pajamas. It is bright, quiet, clean, nicely decorated and has a very comfortable bed with high thread count cotton linens - basically all the ingredients to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. I like to cook so I tend to travel with a few of my own items, which I did not need since the kitchen is so well-equpped - it even has a lobster pot!. Angelica, the owner, is extremely attentive and responsive, wanting to make sure you enjoy your stay. To sum it up....simply perfect and very relaxing. Hopefully it will be available when I travel back to Scottsdale.

Home Sweet Home

When we got here late at night, the owner, Angelica, left us a surprise gift - 2012 Arizona calendar. Her thoughtful gift took away our exhaustion from our road trip.

This place is clean and has everything you need, a stocked and fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, a pool, and a gym. You just bring yourselves! Shopping and dining areas are within walking distance. We felt very much at home and had a great vacation! We will recommend this place to anyone.

Using the information given to us ahead of time we had no problem reaching and finding the condo. Upon arrival we found a very informational book which contained all aspects of the surrounding area which was very helpful. We also had a great snack of chips and a jar of Arizona dip waiting for us. She had to know we would be hungry. The condo was very clean and the bed was very comfy.
We had a great time and would not hesitate to rent this condo again and would recommend it to our friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Nice unit, nice location. Owner was very detail-oriented, helpful,and professional. Water, coffee, candy on arrival. Complete laundry supplies. All transactions by Paypal which was great. Owner made effort to have condo ready early and refunded sec deposit promptly. Location is good for N Scottsdale once you learn how to avoid Scottsdale Rd which is seemingly always under construction. Only suggestion -- TV cable had no "guide" channel, so it would have been helpful to have a channel listing printed out in unit. All-in-all a very pleasant experience.

All the Comforts of Home

We came to the area to take in some Spring Training games and do some sightseeing. This condo turned out to be a perfect home away from home. It is beautifully decorated (awesomely comfortable bed!) and has all the amenities you would ever need. There is great shopping nearby and restaurants galore. It is close to the main expressways as well as Scottsdale Rd. The condo, pool and exercise areas as well as the grounds are clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate to return or recommend this condo to our best of friends and family. The owner was gracious to deal with and thoughfully left us a bag of coffee, a bowl of chocolates and passed on some Cubs/Giants tickets which had come her way. It was a great week! You will love it here.
