Home Sweet Home

When we got here late at night, the owner, Angelica, left us a surprise gift - 2012 Arizona calendar. Her thoughtful gift took away our exhaustion from our road trip.

This place is clean and has everything you need, a stocked and fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, a pool, and a gym. You just bring yourselves! Shopping and dining areas are within walking distance. We felt very much at home and had a great vacation! We will recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay of March 2010.

Using the information given to us ahead of time we had no problem reaching and finding the condo. Upon arrival we found a very informational book which contained all aspects of the surrounding area which was very helpful. We also had a great snack of chips and a jar of Arizona dip waiting for us. She had to know we would be hungry. The condo was very clean and the bed was very comfy.
We had a great time and would not hesitate to rent this condo again and would recommend it to our friends.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

As Advertised ...

Nice unit, nice location. Owner was very detail-oriented, helpful,and professional. Water, coffee, candy on arrival. Complete laundry supplies. All transactions by Paypal which was great. Owner made effort to have condo ready early and refunded sec deposit promptly. Location is good for N Scottsdale once you learn how to avoid Scottsdale Rd which is seemingly always under construction. Only suggestion -- TV cable had no "guide" channel, so it would have been helpful to have a channel listing printed out in unit. All-in-all a very pleasant experience.

All the Comforts of Home

We came to the area to take in some Spring Training games and do some sightseeing. This condo turned out to be a perfect home away from home. It is beautifully decorated (awesomely comfortable bed!) and has all the amenities you would ever need. There is great shopping nearby and restaurants galore. It is close to the main expressways as well as Scottsdale Rd. The condo, pool and exercise areas as well as the grounds are clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate to return or recommend this condo to our best of friends and family. The owner was gracious to deal with and thoughfully left us a bag of coffee, a bowl of chocolates and passed on some Cubs/Giants tickets which had come her way. It was a great week! You will love it here.

Great Condo - you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of renting this unit, which we found through the internet, and are happy to make this unsolicited review.

This condo is perfect of a couple who want to be in the center of everything Scottsdale has to offer – golf, shopping, sightseeing and good dining. Besides being conveniently located 2 shorts block south of Kierland Commons and less than one block west of Scottsdale Road, the unit has been thoughtfully decorated and outfitted with everything you could want during an extended vacation. The complex has a first class pool, hot tub, exercise room and barbeque areas so you can enjoy all the benefits of a resort while still having all the conveniences of home. We have no hesitancy in recommending it and look forward to our next visit!
