Our Schroeders built home was completed in May 2007. Everything is brand new! Enjoy the sun all day long while lazing around our south facing enclosed pool, with electric heater. The property is conveniently located between Englewood and Port Charlotte on a very quiet street. Englewood beach is only a short drive away (approx 10 mins), as is Port Charlotte mall (approx 15 mins away). Supermarkets, restaurants and fast food are all close by. This is a great base to enjoy all that the Gulf Coast has to offer, as well as having all you need to relax and unwind in comfort and style. The living area covers just over 2,000 sq ft of air conditioned luxury. It has been neutrally decorated and has a light, airy relaxing feel to it. All the living areas are tiled with carpet in the bedrooms. The lawn and pool are tended weekly. There is a full security system and smoke alarms for your safety.
