Family Beach Getaway: South Padre Island is the perfect family vacation destination. Fun for the whole family! Beach-combing, horseback riding, go-carts, mini-golf, volleyball, pool, hot tub, fishing, golf, movies and much more. We love taking our family to South Padre and will do everything we can to help you plan a great family vacation. Our condo is better than the most expensive hotel - without the noise, elevators, crowded rooms, and long hallways. We do not rent to spring breakers.

We do not rent to spring breakers: Enjoy early morning walks on the beach or just sit on your balcony or patio sipping coffee. Our condo is fully equipped so just bring food. Sit back on the beach, read a book while the kids play in the sand. Sip a glass a wine in the hot tub while the kids watch a movie. Relaxation is what a family vacation at our condo is all about.

Cancellation Policy: Arrival time on your arrival date is 4:00 PM. Departure time on your departure date is 10:00 AM. If your unit has a BBQ grill, you are responsible to clean the grill if you use it. We will charge you a $25.00 cleaning fee to clean the grill if you do not clean it. I have attached a copy of our rules and regulations for you to look over. We are strict with our rules, and we do expect you to understand and abide by them. I have also attached an information sheet for you to fill out and please give to me when you arrive. This is information needed in case there is an emergency and we need to contact you while you are here. We do have a cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation, and cancellations do happen, we require you to cancel at least more than 14 prior to your arrival date. Should you cancel with-in the 14 days of your arrival date your deposit will be forfeited. Canceling reservations that are by the month or longer, such as Winter Texans, we

Our family stayed here for a week long vacation at the end of March and it was great. The condo was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us to stretch out and be comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. Even though the pool was still chilly, the kids loved it! This is the 3rd time we have rented a "home away from home" while on vacation and there is just no other way to go! You can't beat the comfort and location of this condo. The Gulf side beach is a short walk and the grocery store is 1/2 a block away. The managing realtor was great to work with and answered any questions we had. We couldn't have had a better experience! Thank You!!!
