The house is located in a gated community. It is located within 2 hour driving time of Philadelphia, North Jersey and New York. The short drive is great when taking a weekend trip. All your shopping sources are 10min away Walmart, Kmart, Rite aid pharmacy. The community has many activities to offer and they are all close to the house no need take the car. The communal pool and beach area is only one house away. This block is very quiet because there is no thru traffic on this street so there's alot of privacy. We include badges at no charge to use all of the communal facilities.

Our lake front home has many great things for family and friends to enjoy. Swim right off your dock, go fishing, play some pool or just relax on the deck and listen to the calmness of the lake, or the birds chirping in the sunshine. We have a treadmill in the basement and that overlooks the lake as well. The 2 living rooms have pull out queen size sofa beds if extra beds are needed. This house has 3 full bathrooms which all have showers. There's one on the first floor, one in the master bedroom, and one on the second floor. When you arrive the house has a large circular driveway for multiple cars and easy access when parking. Fishing is fantastic, wake up and go fishing on the new 14ft aluminum rowboat. The electric motor will make it easier and more pleasant to access the lake. We tried to think of everything to make this a wonderful vacation home. Everything that you find in this home from furnishings to all kitchen appliances are completely brand new and very comfortable.
