This completely furnished, quaint house is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Pier Marketplace with restaurants, a supermarket, liquor store, cinema, laundrymat, hair salon, spa, and shops. Within walking distance to the beautiful Narragansett Town Beach and pavilion area. Just bring your towels and linens, everything else is here for you. Your home away from home includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, TV with cable, and washer & dryer. There is plenty of living space with a den with 2 couches. Includes 3 floor fans and window air conditioners in two rooms. Deck has outdoor furniture and a new gas grille. Also included are four adult beach passes. Take a short walk to beautiful Narragansett Town beach or walk, jog or bike the ocean wall. Everything is at your fingertips here.
