Estate Section Home just listed for rent! Sits on a large private wooded lot conveniently located next to 1 of 3 swimming pools! The front yard is nice and level for yard games, the side yard is fenced, the rear yard has a wonderful private wooded setting. You can relax on the screened porch or deck and enjoy nature or relax in the hot tub and gaze at the stars! This home has over 2900 Sq Ft! The first floor has a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, great room with vaulted ceiling, two bedrooms, 2 full baths and the laundry room. The great room leads to the deck which has a 5-6 person hot tub and both the great room and dinning room lead to the screened porch. The second floor has a private master bedroom with it's own bath and an overlooks onto the great room and at the beautiful private wooded setting. The lower level has two bedrooms, a family room with air hockey, pool table, wide screen TV, DVD, kitchen, and walkout to a covered patio & a fire pit.

All linens and bath towels are provided.

Notes: The hot tub is private on the deck, the three swimming pools are located throughout the resort, one is conveniently next to this home, a tennis court is within the resort. The water level has been lowered due to the Core of Engineers working on the damn, therefore you need to use the State dock ramp to launch your boat which is 15 minutes from the home. There are trails throughout the resort for hiking, bike riding and ATVs.
