Our spacious resort style vacation rental is located in a resort style gated community in the Monarch Hills/Ritz Point area of Dana Point, California. We are centrally located along the Coast of South Orange County 5 miles south of Laguna Beach.
This top floor 1200 square foot condo, has an open floor plan, and been completely remodeled in a Mediterranean style. The stunning travertine fireplace is the central focus of the living room. Our home will comfortably sleep up to 7 guests plus an infant in a crib.
Each of the spacious bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and large walk-in closets. The kitchen features granite counters complimented with travertine and slate. The new high quality stainless appliances make cooking and clean-up both enjoyable and fun. We provide the extra touches that create a home. We have a formal dining room with a large antique oak table with matching chairs. We have decorated our home with a combination of Mission furniture and antiques.

Thank you for the wonderful accommodations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are a runner or a walker, the trail going along the golf course and up to the Ritz Carlton is “amazing”. The view is utterly spectacular!
Your condo was the perfect place for us during our trip to CA. We found it to be very comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed the hot tub while watching the pretty sunsets over Catalina Island. It was very centrally located to everything yet a quiet getaway from the beach crowds. So thank you very much! We definitely will be staying here again in the future. :)
My family of five stayed during this past Spring Break, and had a fantastic time. Perfect getaway spot for some much needed downtime. The condo was well-furnished, spotless and best of all, we felt immediately at home (but without the work). No hiccups whatsoever. The people we met at the pools were very nice as well.
While it's a bit of a hike to the beach, the surroundings were lovely, and we enjoyed the walk. On the other hand, driving to the beach or groceries or Dana Point Harbor was super quick. We hadn't spent much time in the OC before this, but after this vacation, we'd love to return!

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, 16, 14 and 6 years old) stayed here 4/11/15 through 4/17/15. The condo was exactly as described in the pictures/write up.
It was clean and spacious and had all the equipment I needed in the kitchen for cooking.
The spas and pool were wonderful and the walk to the beach was delightful.
We went to Disneyland 3 of the days and the driving from here was fine, we were never stuck in traffic and the drive time was about 40 minutes.
Great restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
The price and value for money is exceptional when you compare it to staying at a motel in a Disney Resort!

Convenient and quiet location in an upscale gated development, close to beach (easier to drive to beaches), retail, and restaurants. Well lit and spacious, well equipped and updated kitchen, two big tvs and good wifi. Pictures are pretty accurate. Family incl two young daughters had lots of room, enjoyed the community pool and hot tub.
My husband & I had a wonderful stay. Great walking trails overlooking Monarch Golf Course and short walk to the beach. Wonderful restaurants, shopping and movies close by. Very quiet and safe.
We had a fantastic month at this quiet condo which is spacious and really comfortable. Really it is like a home a\way from home. It is an end, top floor property, a great layout with the master bedroom being at the opposite end of the condo from the guest bedroom.. There is also a nice outside space with plenty of outside furniture. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and there is a separate utility room with washer and dryer. It has everything you could possibly need. There was only usually ourselves at the pool, and the area with the hot tub with the sea view is lovely and there was only ever one other person there!.
The location is great, a 10 minute drive to Dana Harbour and in a couple of minutes you can be entering the start of Laguna. Alex and his wife were really helpful about local attractions and there is plenty of information in the condo aswell. We would strongly recommend this condo to anyone, whether it be a couple, family or a vacation with friends.

My husband and I stayed there for almost 2 months together with my 3 years old daughter.We felt just like home nice and cozy. The condo is situated in a luxurious complex just a few minutes walk to the magnificent view of the Monarch beach! Dana Point Harbor is about 5 min drive, Laguna beach is also very close. Groceries are all over the place...:)
Alex is a great host! The unit has everything you could have ever think of .We would definitely stay there again!

Our guest book provides you with information on local activities and shopping. There are a number of excellent restaurants close by, with both dining in and delivery service available. Trader Joe's is right up the street. There are several markets and drugs stores, a movie theater, video rentals, Starbucks and Pete's Coffee within 5 minutes.
Other Activities: 10 minutes to the Laguna Beach Art and Sawdust festivals.
Golf: Our Monarch Hills/Ritz Point community boarders the Monarch Golf Links and St Regis Hotel. This is a public course on the bluff overlooking the ocean at Salt Creek. The Ritz Carlton is right down the street.
