Our recently updated two bedroom Islander condo sleeps eight comfortably and overlooks the magnificent Atlantic ocean and has a private heated pool. As you walk out the back slider, you are just steps to the pool and beach from our first floor unit. Being on the first floor offers easy access and a place to conveniently store your beach belongings. The first floor includes a fully loaded kitchen with all of the conveniences of home, dining area, full bath, family room with queen sleeper sofa and a full sleeper sofa along with a flat screen TV. The second floor has two bedrooms (each with a TV), a full bath, washer & dryer and an ocean side outdoor balcony with table and chairs off of the master bedroom. For the Wii enthusiast, we also have the Wii gaming console. Beach tags & pool passes are included so don't forget to bring your boogie boards and sunscreen for a fun and relaxing vacation! ***Please view rental rates and availability calender below.***

A quiet, mostly residential community, it's just 5 minutes away from Harrah's, Trump Marina and Borgata casinos and only 10 minutes from all other casino resorts, the AC Boardwalk & outlets. An hours drive to Cape May, 20 minute drive to historic Smithville Village for a fun day of shopping and close to many quality golf courses. Also, 25 minute drive to Storybook Land, new mini-golf and driving range. Across the street is a beautiful new park that includes basketball courts, roller blade/skateboard section, tennis courts, playground, bocce ball and mini golf. Located on end of island convenient to grocery store, restaurants from take-out to casual to fine dining, medical walk-in services, drug store, banks, clothing and souvenir stores and many everyday shops. 'The Links' golf course located on island 10 minutes away. Marina for many rentals boats, jet skis, tour boats, fish trips.

Wonderful vacation, ideal location. Owners very helpful. It was a nice, clean and cheerful home and would highly recommend this location. It was so nice to have 2 floors with 2 balcony's AAA+
