The pictures accurately described the rental property. However, we did not feel the condo had been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was food on the stove, dried urine on the toilets, mold in the showers, and the floors did not appear to have been cleaned/vacuumed The surroundings (resort area) appeared old and run down, although this is something the property owner has no control over. Other than the cleanliness issues described above, the overall value was good for the amount of money paid.

Owner's Response: We appreciate the comments regarding our unit. We have contacted the cleaning service and advised them that this level of service is unacceptable, and they have assured us that it will not occur again. We will be following up.
With regard to the surrounding resort buildings, the resort has already invested and spent millions in renovations - and while the renovations are continuing this year, our building, and a large portion of the other updates have now been completed.
