A beautiful, professionally furnished, two story, 2,500 sq.ft home, located in the new 'Windsor Hills' gated community. Only a 5 minute drive to Disney World and close to all the other major Orlando attractions.
On the ground floor there is a Formal Sitting Area, a Formal Dining Area, a Family Room with TV/DVD/VCR & CD stereo system, a breakfast nook, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom and there is a washer & dryer in the garage.
The bedroom configuration is; on the ground floor there is a King Master Suite, a Queen Master Suite and a Twin Suite. On the second floor there is another King Suite and a Queen Suite. All the bedrooms have Cable TV/DVD.
The heated pool & spa overlook a beautiful lake and conservation area with lots of Florida wildlife.
Some of the magnificent features of this guard-gated community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children’s playground. An enormous clubhouse over-looking the pool, with pool tables, video game area, sundry shop, fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, high definition surround sound movie theater. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the Double Olympic Size Swimming Pool, creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! Windsor Hills has all the amenities of a 5 star hotel or resort, but with the comfort, convenience and privacy of a home.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
WELCOME PACK
Waiting for you at the home will be a complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ containing the immediate essentials such as bread, eggs, milk, butter, cheese, crackers, coffee, tea, cookies & sodas for the kids and a complimentary bottle of wine or a pack of beers.

OPS.etc can tailor make golf programs to suit all handicaps and budgets. There is an abundance of great championship courses all within 30 minutes of the home.
DEPARTURE MEETING
One of the OPS.etc Team will arrive to assist you in checking-out. They will collect the key, ensure you have had a great time and who knows you may even want to re-book our home for next year!!!
