This incredible 2bdrm/2full bath Penthouse condo is right on the sand at 1800 Atlantic and Smathers Beach. Purchased a couple of years ago for a million dollars, this place delivers. Spacious and open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and a 40' balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard and Ocean. If you like or are accustom to the best, this is your match. Professionally designed and decorated with travertine marble and bamboo flooring, granite counters, spectacular master en suite, top quality towels and linens(Ralph Lauren), table settings from Pottery Barn, custom upholstery and window treatments and the list goes on and on. A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within seven(7) days of booking the reservation. Dates are not reserved or confirmed until this deposit is received. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, if is fully refundable within (7) days of departure provided expected provisions are met.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Dean A. Coleman. The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
The balance of rent is due fourteen(14) days before your arrival date.
~ 2.7% surcharge on all credit card payments.
~ $50 Resort Registration Fee
~ $125 cleaning fee - Book early as these rates are the best available at 1800 Atlantic and are subject to change without notice. This High End Penthouse Unit and other similar units typically rent for $2500 - $3500 per week.
