The Destin area has more than enough restaurants to satisfy any appetite, stores to cure a shopaholic, and activities to wipe out the kids.

Island Sands Unit #108 is located on the ground floor. No carrying luggage up flights of stairs or climbing them every time you go to the beach! Just open the living room door and your right there! The decor is calming and clean as the unit was recently remodeled in 2005.

This wonderful beachfront unit is perfect for everyone! Whether you are vacationing as a family or spending time as just a couple this condo is for you.

We just stayed in this beautiful condo on Okaloosa Island. We loved that the condo was a ground floor unit and that right outside the patio door was the beach! It is beautifully and modernly decorated and so very clean that I couldn't believe it! Colleen was wonderful to work with too! The price is very, very affordable for a family! Definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a relaxing, peaceful week on the beach!

Fantastic Place and Beach

This condo was perfect for me, my husband and our two young daughters. The condo was well equipped and great for my husband who needed the internet service to keep in touch with business. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The owners were great to work with extremely friendly and easy to get into contact with.
I would recommend this condo to families and couples who would like to rent a unit in a smaller and more relaxed complex.

Wonderful rental

Due to time constraints, we needed a rental for less than a full week and that's hard to find. Colleen was great to work with and very helpful with questions we had. I agree with the review about recommending to families with less than 3 kids - it's doable but tight for more. We loved the unit(very clean and well equipped), its beach, and the area.

Perfect Condo at the Perfect Location

My family and I loved our two week stay here! The condo is beautiful and clean. The beach is right outside the ground floor unit. Colleen was great and friendly to work with! I recommend this condo to all my friends and can't wait to come back!

A great space and location

This was a great place! It was a first floor unit with immediate access to the beach. The place was clean and nicely decorated. We would recommend it to friends with fewer than 3 kids. It was a fantastic place to stay and the owner was wonderful and easy to work with.
