Rental Policy: 1/2 of the Rent & Tax amount, along with a $500.00 Security Deposit, $100.00 Cleaning Fee, and $50.00 for a Temporary Village ID Pass, is payable no later than 10 days from the date of the lease. The balance is due 90 days prior to the reservation.

A wide variety of 'free' executive courses, beautiful and challenging championship courses, and a world class senior golf instruction program are all just a golf car ride away. Whether you're just starting, or continuing a lifelong passion, golf at The Villages means year round fun and excitement that's right around the corner. Enjoy free golf at the 20 executive golf courses, or enjoy breath-taking scenery and the challenge of 9 championship golf courses at reduced rates with The Villages ID Pass, including Nancy Lopez and Arnold Palmer Legacy golf courses.
